A Note from the Author
When you purchase a book from this website, by clicking the `Buy now` button you are taken to the printers website for the order process. Therefore from that point onwards the Author bares no responsibility for the order process, the quality of service or the quality of the books provided by the printer. However, any feedback on the service provided by the printer would be welcomed by the author to ensure that an excellent service is being provided, please email feedback to : Clive.Simpson@trans-siberian-railway.co.uk
The Returns Policy
Books purchased from the printer are printed as they are ordered. Because of the production expense of the `print on demand` method of manufacturing, the printer cannot cancel orders, accept returns or provide refunds on these products, where the purchaser has placed an order by mistake, ordered the wrong book, or ordered the wrong quantity. For this reason, we recommend you carefully check your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase, and select the shipping method that meets your needs. If you receive a book that is damaged in some way (missing, torn, or loose pages etc) the printer will be happy to provide a replacement copy. Please go the printers website then login and click on the relevant order number, then select `I have a problem with the quality of my order` from the drop-down menu and follow the instructions. Click here to go to the website : www.Lulu.com
The printers are : Lulu Inc, 860 Aviation Parkway, Suite 300, Morrisville, NC 27560, USA
